I provide individual and group counseling with a focus on understanding your responses to thoughts, feelings, sensations and behaviors that lead to improved relationships and a more satisfying life.
You'll identify goals for therapy, such as reduce sadness or fear, reduce reliance upon unhealthy behaviors or substances, improve communication skills, manage conflicts better, rediscover meaning in your work, improve your relationships, grieve losses, cope with a serious illness, or make an important life decision. We’ll explore habits you want to adopt, and habits you want to abandon.
